Therefore I decided to go east, in front of Ag. Triada church, were it was fluded, since it rained a couple of days ago. Ideal place for waders! 1o Snipes, 5 Redshanks and 1 Green Sandipiper just in front of the church. Unfortunately, due to the amount of water, I could not enter the marsh deeper, but next time I will be wearing my rubber boots.
Driving along the road the connects Souli and Schinias' beach, I had the Spotted Eagle waiting for me! Perching on the fench of the rear side of the rowing center, it gave a very impressive view through the spotting scope. The raptors of the day were a Sparrowhawk, 2 Kestrels, several Buzzards and 6 Marsh Harriers.
